I am a cake decorator with a flower obsession. On my cakes, I use a variety of materials and techniques, but Sugar Flowers are my all-time favorite. Over the last decade, I've made hundreds of different flowers.
I've been baking for 20 years; it began as a hobby and quickly evolved into a career. After spending a lot of time learning from some of the industry's best professionals, I realized that teaching people and watching them succeed is my calling.
I am an artist at heart, and I enjoy combining different materials and techniques on each cake while still paying attention to each decoration.
My mission is to get everyone to fall in love with decorating cakes as much as I did.
I develop courses that not only give technical knowledge, but support, encouragement and flexible learning as well.
